Customer Care Specialists FT & PT

You will be working for a client that is leading the industry in superannuation funds and delivering high-quality support services through these times of change. This client works with us to provide access to services and payments for over 2 million Australian members.

We are looking for both full-time & part-time Customer Care Specialists to demonstrate their customer services skills on site at our Ballarat Contact Centre. As the first point of contact for enquiries and account management, you will have the opportunity to help the Australian community understand their rights, entitlements, and obligations by assisting them across a range of online platforms.

Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, smart phone applications, social media, phone, and email.
  • Value feedback and coaching to further development, skills, and knowledge through shifting times.
  • Active listening and comprehension skills to determine a customers' requirements.
  • The ability to display empathy through multiple channels of communication.
  • Investigate enquiries with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Support a community of members and join a growing company with expanding potential

Skills And Experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple chat-based communication and social media platforms
  • Fast typing speed with high accuracy
  • Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPIs

Expectations And Requirements (Full Time & Part Time)
  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Full Time & Part Time positions available
  • 3 weeks Full Time paid training
  • Hourly rate of $22.22, plus penalties after 7pm and weekends
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 6pm

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in Australia and/or have a work permit for more than 12 months. As part of the recruitment process you will need to satisfactorily complete Background, Police & Credit Checks
