Office Administrator with a strong focus on Customer Service - An exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, supportive & works well in team.

The Company

Our client has been operating for over 40 years, providing exceptional services to its valued customers in Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo and Portland.

The Team

The business employs around 60 people, with a variety of trade and professional skills and a wealth of experience. This customer facing role, positioned in a vibrant front of house environment, is supported by a highly motivated and passionate team.

The Role

  • You will act as the face of the Company greeting customers
  • Provide consistent Customer support, internally and externally
  • Provide support to Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • General Administrative duties
Your skills and experience

Ideally you would have at least three years’ experience in a general administration function and be comfortable with face to face, telephone and email communication with customers, suppliers and internal staff.

The administrative services range from telephone and email enquiries, creditor and debtor data entry and all-round office support.

On the job training will be provided.
